At Montirius, biodynamic viticulture has been practiced for 25 years. In fact, they were the first vineyards certified biodynamic in the appellations of Gigondas and Vacqueyras. Christine and Eric, who named the estate after their children, want to let the terroir speak for itself by limiting interventions in the cellar and in the vineyard.
