A father-son team, Yves and Arnaud Lambert produce 19 different cuvées of Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc on their 50-hectare estate in the Saumur region. Some of the wines are aged in a perfectly preserved 12th-century troglodyte cave below the family home.
