The Bouldy family’s deep roots in the Pomerol terroir have enabled them to create stunning organic wines. The 2011 vintage offers a classical and very elegant profile of Pomerol with very supple tannins as well as tertiary aromas such as truffle and undergrowth. It's a bottle perfect to open now.
