Our Experiences
Meet the Winemaker
In 1995, Georges became the 7th generation to lead the estate. Though his familial duty was to preserve the excellent caliber of the estate's wines, he realized the imperative of sustainable viticulture and converted the vineyards in 2009 to organic production.
In the Vineyard & Cellar
Embedded in the estate's foundation are two guiding principles: quality and sustainability. Georges and his team focus on enabling every wine to express the terroir, grape variety, and vintage. In pursuit of this goal, Georges commits to sustainability, which protects the soils and natural resources that bring his grapes to life. In the winery, the utmost care is used to bring the wine into its own. To guarantee a perfectly balanced wine, some bottles are kept in the cellar for up to five years before being released.
