Meet the Winemaker
Ambre manages the estate with her mother, Madeleine, pursuing the unwavering determination for perfection of her late father, Christophe Delorme, the founder of Domaine de la Mordorée. Christophe was one of the first visionaries to adopt organic viticulture in the region in 1987.
In the Vineyard & Cellar
The family strongly believes that the perfect wine starts in the vineyard. Their role is all about following nature's guidance, allowing the terroirs to express themselves freely through each grape variety. Constant vigilance over the vines' growing stages ensures the grapes are of perfect quality, ripe and healthy at the harvest. In the cellar, they seek to obtain very concentrated, full-bodied wines bursting with fruit and melting tannins.
