Our Experiences
Meet the Winemaker
The family cultivated grapes here for generations until patriarch Dominique established the winemaking estate in 1993. His son Romain, who studied in Oregon, New Zealand and Burgundy, took over in 2012. The family strives to create wines that are elegant, subtle and filled with aromatic purity.
In the Vineyard & Cellar
The family produces quality grapes in a rich, living soil with positive ecological impact. They say, “Our goal is to produce grapes that our children and grandchildren can eat without having to think twice.” Vines average 50 years in age with some as old as 100 years. They harvest by hand, and vinification is as hands-off as possible. Wines are filtered only when necessary. The Cornins bottle the wine themselves on the estate.
