Domaine Arnaud Lambert
A father-son team, Yves and Arnaud Lambert produce 19 different cuvées of Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc on their 50-hectare estate in the Saumur region. Some of the wines are aged in a perfectly preserved 12th-century troglodyte cave below the family home.

Our Experiences
Meet the Winemaker
Arnaud Lambert joined his father at the estate in 2005. Together, they started the conversion to organic agriculture. Arnaud and his wife, Géraldine, are committed to vine health, and the estate is farmed with biodynamic practices.
In the Vineyard & Cellar
Arnaud's objective is to use sustainable methods to let the terroir fully express itself, a philosophy he also respects in the cellar, with spontaneous fermentation and infusion-like maceration. Time is crucial. Arnaud likes to age his wine in barrels and allow time after bottling before releasing. Most of the reds are vinified with no sulfites added and bottled with a minimal amount for stability. Domaine Arnaud Lambert is a reference in Saumur, making fine wines with aging potential.
