Our Experiences
Meet the Winemaker
The Hubert family is deeply rooted in wine. Pioneers in biodynamic agriculture, they converted the estate in the 1990s, and the current generation continues these practices with a holistic process in harmony with nature.
In the Vineyard & Cellar
The estates support diverse flora and fauna and are a wildlife refuge. The vineyards are planted with red grape varieties Cabernet, Merlot and Malbec, and white varieties Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard. Grapes are handpicked in small crates in the early morning to preserve freshness and ferment at low temperatures with indigenous yeasts. Nothing is added except very limited quantities of sulfur. Some wines age in gently toasted oak barrels, others in clay amphorae that allow light oxygenation, and some in concrete eggs to enhance minerality.
