Aged goat cheese and Pouilly-Fumé, an indulgence I often shared with my grandfather.
I have vivid memories of my wine tours of South Africa. From the vineyards of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek surrounded by pines to the vineyards of Hermanus facing the ocean, I can still taste the Pinotage and Chenin Blanc when I bring these places to mind.
