It’s hard to pick just one, but I’d probably go with seared scallops and a well-balanced, gently oaked Chardonnay. The caramelized sweetness of the scallops perfectly complements the creamy and nutty taste and texture of a Chardonnay.
I like to enjoy wine outdoors. I’ve been fortunate to visit some incredible vineyards. One of my most unforgettable memories is when my girlfriend and I uncorked a bottle after ascending the Helvellyn mountain in England’s Lake District.
