Baudouin was raised in the vineyards of Champagne. The five-hour French family lunch on Sundays is where he discovered fine wines at a young age. He spent three years in Bordeaux learning about wine before traveling extensively around the world to calibrate his palate. For Baudouin, wine is the culmination of all things natural and good in the world.

Meet Baudouin
Wine is the best way to live an unforgettable experience. Get to know yourself better by sharing and talking about wine with others.
What’s the bottle that got you into wine?
A Meursault Domaine des Comtes Lafon 2000, shared with my best friends after a hard day’s work in summer. Sustainable viticulture, expert winemaking, malolactic fermentation and blending before aging in oak barrels. Without a doubt, it’s better than a Premier Cru.
What's your most memorable wine moment?
I met Richard Geoffroy, cellar manager of Dom Pérignon, one of the most inspiring people I’ve ever encountered. Passionate, dedicated and innovative, he spent 23 years of his life making his champagne an absolute must-taste.
